Once your order has been dispatched you can track it via our shipping partners websites:

You will find your Tracking Number on the delivery note (which you can find on the website).
We dispatch orders directly from our factories in Hungary and Germany and from Belgium.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the country where the order will be delivered and can bee seen in the Summary tab of the Visualizer.
To save on shipping costs you can check out multiple orders at the same time, we will then recalculate the shipping cost based on the total weight of all orders checked out together that have the same delivery date and the same destination.
To find the shipping cost for individual orders please select the Summary tab in the Visualizer.
If your order has been shipped but you have not received it as expected please contact us as soon as possible.
We will then contact our shipping partner to locate your order and have it delivered as soon as possible.
